L-3 Telemetry-East has designed and developed a wide variety of aircraft flight test products ranging from simple encoder/transmitter systems to large scale master/remote Data Acquisition Systems (DAS). These systems have been used by virtually every large aircraft contractor on commercial programs, and by aerospace contractors and government agencies on critical military programs.

L-3 Telemetry-East has provided, and continues to provide, products and systems to the major U.S. and foreign aerospace companies and government agencies involved in missile and launch vehicle testing. Missile programs such as Tomahawk, Stinger, Trident, and THAAD, to name a few, use L-3 Telemetry-East transmitters, encoders, signal conditioning, and data acquisition systems.
Precision Munitions Test
L-3 Telemetry-East has developed a unique, modular product consisting of a PCM encoder and S-Band transmitter used in projectile test applications. These units can be modified to accommodate virtually any requirement and can be physically repackaged to meet a wide variety of form factors, depending on installation needs.
Telemetry Ground Equipment
L-3 Telemetry-East manufactures a wide variety of telemetry ground equipment, including receivers, complete computer-controlled ground stations, and a wide variety of support products servicing the range telemetry, space data, signal intelligence, and satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) communities. These products include configurations suitable for rack mount, modules for VME chassis and PC applications, and complete turnkey installations.

- Depart Philadelphia International Airport.
- Proceed North on I-95 North.
- Exit I-95 at Route 413-Bristol (Exit 40). At the end of the off ramp, turn left onto Rt. 413 North. Proceed to the second traffic light (Ford Road). There is a Getty gas station on the right. Turn left onto Ford Road. Go through a residential area until you come to the traffic light - Newportville Road. Turn left onto Newportville Road and proceed .4 of a mile to Keystone Industrial Park. Turn left into the park onto Grundy’s Lane. L-3 TE is the second building on the right. Go to the fourth driveway on the right (1515/1519 Grundy’s Lane) to access the main entrance of the facility.
From New Jersey Headed South
- Proceed on New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 6. (Pennsylvania Turnpike)
- After Toll Booth (Burlington/Florence, NJ) continue on roadway.
- Proceed across bridge, pay toll and follow signs to Pennsylvania Turnpike
- Exit 358 (First exit after paying toll for bridge).
- Turn onto Route 13 South.
- Proceed until you come to Newportville Road (approximately 5 traffic lights).
- Turn right onto Newportville Road.
- Continue on Newportville Road and turn right at Grundy’s Lane (the first street past the overpass, at the entrance are signs for Keystone Park).
- Continue on Grundy’s Lane to the second building on the right (1515/1519 Grundy’s
- Lane). Proceed to fourth driveway on the right to access main entrance of facility.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike Headed East or West
- Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to Delaware Valley Exit 358.
- Turn onto Route 13 South.
- Proceed until you come to Newportville Road (approximately 5 traffic lights).
- Turn right onto Newportville Road.
- Continue on Newportville Road and turn right at Grundy’s Lane (the first street past the overpass, at the entrance are signs for Keystone Park).
- Continue on Grundy’s Lane to the second building on the right (1515/1519 Grundy’s
